Job Description
Partner with business leaders and managers to understand workforce needs and provide effective HR solutions.
Manage and support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
Provide HR guidance on policies, procedures, and employee-related matters.
Support manpower planning and organizational development initiatives.
Monitor employee performance and support performance management processes.
Analyze HR data and provide insights to support business decisions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Egyptian labor laws.
Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Collaborate with HR teams to ensure smooth implementation of HR processes and initiatives.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in manufacturing / factory environments is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in HR, with proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and Egyptian labor law.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work effectively with employees and managers at different organizational levels.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
