Job Description
- Achieving the monthly target of sales.
- Control Data and update reports on a daily basis.
- Responsible for online sales channels; website and online sales platforms.
- Follow-up online ordering full cycle.
- Establish a regular cadence of communication with clients at all levels.
- Coordinate the E-commerce marketing campaigns and work with internal and external stakeholders for the campaign setup.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and efficient warehouse operations.
- Use data analytics to achieve conversion targets and objectives.
- Handle customer queries and complaints regarding the website and the online channels.
- Build strong relationships with current clients and new clients.
