Job Description

  •  Receiving and processing purchase orders.
  • Creating Sales orders on SAP.
  • Issuing sales transaction invoices.
  • Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Compiling monthly sales reports.
  • Expediting orders through internal liaison.
  • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
  • Planning coordination for the confirmed POs and the total monthly forecasting
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested. 

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor's degree is a must
  • Previous experience in sales administration
  • V. Good Communication skills
  • V. Good English skills (Writing and Speaking)
  • V. Good computer skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
