Job Description
- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Creating Sales orders on SAP.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Compiling monthly sales reports.
- Expediting orders through internal liaison.
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Planning coordination for the confirmed POs and the total monthly forecasting
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is a must
- Previous experience in sales administration
- V. Good Communication skills
- V. Good English skills (Writing and Speaking)
- V. Good computer skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
