Skills And Tools:
- Bachelor’s degree in business Administration or related fields (HR Certificate is a plus)
- Minimum 5 :8 years of active experience in recruitment and performance Management.
- Preferably experienced in retail companies,
- knowledge of MS Office Programs,
- Strong organizing, problem-solving and analytical thinking skills,
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Able to travel to other cities,
- For male candidates; military service should be completed.
