Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that fulfill curriculum requirements.
- Prepare and deliver lectures, demonstrations, and laboratory activities to enhance student learning.
- Evaluate and assess student progress through tests, assignments, and projects.
- Provide individual support and guidance to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for science.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all school policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong knowledge of physics and chemistry concepts and teaching methodologies.
- Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and laboratory equipment.
- Experienced in International Schools.
- Familiarity with the IB system framework and assessment practices.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
