Job Description
- Follow up coordination with customers, shipping forwarders, custom & clearance agent and banks.
- Follow-up with planning & store department and arranging for shipments on time.
- Coordination with customers, shipping forwarders, custom & clearance agent, to ensure shipping to customers on the agreed dates.
- Sending the shipment documents to the customer (either through the bank or to the customer directly) according to agreement.
- Send a shipping order to the shipping forwarders to proceed shipping and prepare the documents.
- Follow-up forwarder's due payment with finance department.
- Follow-up Subsiday file
- Prepare required data for export report's.
- Archiving responsibilities
Job Requirements
- Experience with same position 1-2 years.
- Experience with office
- Good knowledge with analysis skills
- Experience in English
- Males only
