Job Description
- Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses.
- Prepare cost breakdown for all items in Tender B.O.Q.
- Travel to jobsites to gather information on materials needed, labor required, and other factors.
- Read all Tender documents in order to prepare estimates.
- Collaborate with all departments such as Planning team, Q.S team, Accounting team on tender requires.
- Recommend ways to make tender project cost more reduced.
- Prepare Subcontractor set “drawing, B.O.Q, spec” & follow-up & Compare their quotations.
- Determinate the indirect cost & overhead of the tender project.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 2-4 years of experience in the same position.
- Strong Excel
- Previous Sites experience will be a plus
