Job Description
- Supervise the receiving of local and foreign parts, maintenance material, paints, and tools
- Revise the supply of orders on the system to increase the speed of the receiving process.
- Supervise the receiving and issuance for all manufacturing parts to and from production lines.
- Review inventory and check for defected items to separate it in the rejected parts area.
- Compare supply delivery plan with daily delivery and report any discrepancies to warehouse manager and planning department.
- Prepare and Compile reports from warehouse keepers and compare it with the safety stock level.
- Manage warehouse capacity for short term plans.
- Coordinate stock inspection with stock control department
- Supervise the annual, monthly and weekly inventory checking with stock control departments.
Job Requirements
Educational Requirements: University Degree
Special Certification or Training Required:
• Lean Manufacturing
• Inventory management.
