Job Description
Main Duties:
- Perform data entry for all operational activities occurred on daily basis and maintaining an updated data base for customer service transactions.
- Welcome customers and provide support and answers all inquiries concerning blood analysis tests prices, availability and timing as well as any general information.
- Take customers' complaints and raise them to either his/her branch manager or and customer care Manager.
- Receive receipts from customers and blood tests reports from his/her branch manager and issue an invoice for the customer after collecting the payment.
- Responsible for the deposit of the money in the Bank every morning for the day before.
- Ensure that customers are getting a satisfactory treatment and an efficient service during the daily customer service activities
- Ensure to make a promotion to the customers and offer our new and existing services and tests.
- Receive the request for the house visits from the call center or the patient and arrange their schedule and entering the related data to the system.
- Filing of important docs such as: (managerial decisions, license, contract of bio hazard waste disposal company, license for waste reprocessing, Environmental record.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Shift ( Morning + Night )
