Job Description
Main Duties:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence.
- Owning recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Job Requirements
- This position is required for one of the well known Construction & interior finishing companies in Egypt.
- BS/MS degree.
- From 10 - 12 years in the same field.
- Experience in Real Estate companies, Constructions companies or Service agencies is preferable.
- Males & Females.
- Very good English skills.
