Job Scope:
Responsible for chemical analysis regarding:
- Raw milk, raw materials, pasteurized milk.
- Prepared batches of juice, milk, fermented milk.
- Finished products of juice, milk, fermented milk.
- Raw and treatment water samples.
Responsible for microbiological analysis regarding:
- Raw milk, raw materials, pasteurized milk.
- Raw milk silos.
- Prepared batches of juice, milk, fermented milk.
- Finished products of juice, milk, fermented milk.
- UHT milk and juice.
Other Responsibilities:
- Responsible for inspection of air samples, swabs (EM system).
- Apply GLP of Chemical laboratories.
- Apply safety practices and ensuring the cleaning and arrangement of the workplace.
- Ensure the calibration of all the instruments.
- Prepare all the required Chemicals and solutions.
Job Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. of Science (Chemistry / Microbiology) or Agriculture Science (Dairy Technology).
- Language Proficiency: Very good command in English Language
Skills:
- Different chemical laboratories analysis such as: Fat, Total Solid, Acidity, Protein, etc.
- Different microbiology analysis such as: Total Count, Yeast & Mold, Coliform, Spore Forming Bacteria.
- Good skills in MS Office.
- Good communication & presentation skills.
