Job Description
- Works with the industrial investors to provide the needed researches and reports about the legal system in Egypt and the applicable laws
- Establishing new companies , and register the board of directors meetings and general assemblies
- Provides the foreign affairs legal consultation as issuing work permits and getting the needed visas according the applied laws
- Review and draft contracts upon the need of the investors
- Registration of trademarks
- Getting the needed approval and licenses for the industrial projects
Job Requirements
- Fluent English is a MUST
- Bachelor degree of law , with at least three years of legal Experience ( preferred in industrial companies )
- Have previous experience of dealing with GAFI-IDA
- Very good with word and excel
- Age between 24:30 years old
- Ability to handle multitasks
- High customer care ability
- Obligated with the deadlines for the tasks
- Can work outdoor and travel
