Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. (Engineer is preferable)
Proven experience in real estate and finishing materials sales (3-5 years).
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and finishing products.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with ERP System and sales software.
Very good in English
Have a car is a must
