Property Sales Advisor

You Will Be Responsible For:

• Convincing prospective clients that your agency is the right one to handle their sale and agree the terms
• Finding of new clients as well as convincing all leads for their property purchases.
• You will be making appointments with prospective clients to show them our properties and invite them to our show room to further discuss their many options.
• Arranging advertising to promote the property
• Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database
• Help the the client to Find the property which matching his needs and budget.
• Help the client to invest in real-estate by give him advise and recommendation.
• Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them property consultancy services.
• Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure a consulting deal.
