Job Description
- Work on Sabre System.
- Booking air tickets all over the world for individual and groups including Umrah & Hajj Groups
- Announces arrival and departure information, using public - address system.
- Processes reservations by mail.
- Manage daily requests.
- Follow-up with clients.
- Create daily reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in tourism, Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- 2-3 years’ experience in similar position
- Hands on experience with customer service
- An ability to grasp clients’ needs and to increase customer engagement
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical and time-management skills
- Knows the selling status, rates and benefits of all packages plan.
