Job Description
- Handling consumer contacts received for different contacts reasons through different channels (telephones, Emails, website contacts, social contacts from different platforms)
- Handling general nutrition tips related to lifestyle, nutrition, healthy eating and more. All received through various contact channels
- Prepare digital measurement periodic Brand reports/dashboards; provide actionable recommentations
- Conduct marketing campaign performance analysis and report on the results; provide actionable recommendations
- Conduct Audience Research, Talk Driver Analysis, Voice of the Consumer Analysis, Competitive Analysis, KOL and Influences Mapping and report on the results; provide actionable recommendations
- Prepare effective daily early warning reports, monthly and yearly corporate issue reports; real-time alerts and regular updates in case of crisis.
- Promote and support continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging problem solving methodologies, and help to improve, standard global processes and standard routines
- Guide Nestle's customers through handling complains and queries regarding nutritional products.
Job Requirements

- Pharmaceutical or Medical Background
- Nutritionist Certificate is a plus
