Job Description

  • Follow up on the release of spare parts that regards to the purchasing orders.
  • Record the actual cost and total sales of all spare parts purchasing orders released monthly.
  • Request the spare parts purchase local and international order to the logistics department and approve them from direct manager and Maintenance Manager
  • Create spare parts purchase order.
  • Follow up the orders with Logistics Department until their delivery to the warehouse and notify Area Maintenance Manager and Head of Maintenance Department.
  • Record hospitals database (e.g.: recording the machines located in each hospital and their situations from warranty and contracts...).
  • Contact foreign companies to support service engineers in their inquiries and malfunctions they face.
  • Support service engineers in reviewing machines manuals.

Job Requirements

  • Hold Bachelor of Engineering.
  • Experience of 2 to 4 years in the same field
  • Very Good English language (written and spoken)
  • Good communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
