Job Description
- Follow up on the release of spare parts that regards to the purchasing orders.
- Record the actual cost and total sales of all spare parts purchasing orders released monthly.
- Request the spare parts purchase local and international order to the logistics department and approve them from direct manager and Maintenance Manager
- Create spare parts purchase order.
- Follow up the orders with Logistics Department until their delivery to the warehouse and notify Area Maintenance Manager and Head of Maintenance Department.
- Record hospitals database (e.g.: recording the machines located in each hospital and their situations from warranty and contracts...).
- Contact foreign companies to support service engineers in their inquiries and malfunctions they face.
- Support service engineers in reviewing machines manuals.
Job Requirements
- Hold Bachelor of Engineering.
- Experience of 2 to 4 years in the same field
- Very Good English language (written and spoken)
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
