Job Description
- Works with Site to review and analyze budget performance to include a review of actual and budgeted expenses (monthly).
- Analyzes and costs sites work orders following the company’s costing system.
- Prepares the monthly cost of sales figures by analyzing material, labor, and expenses.
- Analyzes variances from cost estimates.
- Prepare, examine, and analyze monthly cost statements for every profit/cost center.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
- Conduct periodic cost studies to develop the standard cost of projects.
- Apply cost accounting principles to provide detailed cost information not supplied by the general accounting systems.
- Participate in month/year end closing.
- Generate cost control reports for specific items in the company’s projects and reporting (monthly).

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting/ finance.
- 7:10 years of experience
- ERP Familiar is must
- Fluent English level
- High communication skills
