Job Description
- Manage client inquiries and work with insurance partners and/or internal teams to resolve client issues.
- Communicate clear expectations to the client regularly, professionally, and proactively.
- Manage client service including new client on-boarding, processing updates, filings, and plan documentation.
- Maintain a priority for accuracy, timeliness and completion when interacting with current and prospective clients, the firm and insurance company partners.
- Manage all policy activity aspects of assigned accounts
- Review existing programs to determine if additional lines of insurance should be added to suit the needs of the client.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and insurance company partners
- Brings issues and discrepancies to appropriate leadership
Job Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to speak clearly and concisely. the ability to represent the company professionally both in person and over the phone with a pleasant demeanor and customer service focus.
- Professional business attire is required.
- Must possess strong organizational skills and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, business environment.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, , Outlook, and related software required.
