  • Successfully leading, directing and managing all operations activities and deliver the best practice Service Quality performance within the highest standards even as ensuring professional image is presented at all times.
  • Establishing a successful cohesive operational team culture by equipping them with the needed knowledge and right skills through tailoring a specialized training & coaching that positively empower and direct them to achieve desired business results.
  • Directly involved and accountable in forecasting, planning and budgeting for Operations cost lines and take ownership of costs & cost target achievement with focus attention for operational cost against defined budgeted.
  • Analyze Egypt’s Operation key performance indicators in parcel line of business.
  • Track and trace on-line system inquiries
  • Produce weekly action plans needed to monitor and continually up-date to ensure that is following the SLA`s assigned for every project.
  • The identification of risk and impact reduction techniques.
  • To follow-up on Shipments status as a result of internal customers queries
  • Acting as an ambassador at all times and attends to customer needs in a professional, friendly and courteous manner
  • Set plan for new projects , needed resources , manpower and cost
  • Get high performance from line haul
  • Maintain good relationship with VIP customers.
  • Audit on company`s inventory
  • Monitoring the fleet performance throughout company`s branches
Job Requirements
  • 8-12 years of Experience including approved experience in opening new Hubs
  • Good English Language
  • Able to see the big picture as well as the finer details.
  • Brilliant communication and interpersonal skills, for dealing with many types of people at all levels.
  • Strong leadership skills, including effective time management, prioritizing and delegation.
  • Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management.
