elmenus is a venture-backed food discovery startup that serves over 1 Million monthly users. We are building a platform that combines a social, visual and personalized experience to help people discover and order the food they will love.
We are looking to take our company global and be the go to platform for people to make all their dining decisions and order food in the best experience possible. The HR manager is a strategic and hands-on role that will be critical in attracting and hiring the best talent, establishing internal HR processes and continuously work on improving the work environment so our teams can thrive. You can expect to grow really fast in responsibilities and impact as we are looking to exponentially grow in size in the coming short term period.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Connect people and engage teams through ongoing events and activities
- Develop company talent through development and training programs
- Manage different priorities simultaneously and be focused on results
- Create and administer programs and initiatives to motivate employees to reach strategic goals including personal development programs, performance reviews and engagement initiatives
- Proven commitment to continuous improvement in people strategies and initiatives
- Create documentation for policies procedures
- Audit and maintaining employee files and agreements
Job Requirements
What you need for this job:
- 3 years+ in a relevant HR function
- Previous experience in recruitment a must, recruiting for technical/engineering positions is a big plus
- Proven experience of spotting good talent and attracting them to join the company through different recruitment channels
- Excited to be an integral part of building one of the fastest growing technology start-ups in Egypt
- Empathy and a natural appreciation for people, their differences and the value of their potential
- Great communication and people skills
- Loving food is a plus!
