About the Job
  • Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe services, to persuade potential customers to purchase service.
  • Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone to solicit sales for services.
  • Explain services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
  • Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers.
  • Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
  • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
  • Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
  • Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations.
  • Schedule appointments for sales manager to meet with prospective clients to attend sales presentations.
  • Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential customers.
  • Document account activities, generate reports, and keep records of business transactions with customers.
  • Prepare sales reports by analyzing and summarizing information.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or relevant field of study.
  • Experience in Sales of IT Training Services is must.
  • Female only.
  • 2 to 3 years’ Experience in same position.
  • Sales Diploma is preferred.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent Negotiation & Persuasion Skills
