Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager and / or CMO in the following areas:
- Setting Up and Making Changes to All Aspects of Our Marketing Funnels
- Finalizing audio and video assets that are used for our marketing funnels
- Add / Edit website pages as needed through Wordpress, using the Elementor functionality within Wordpress
- Sets up, edit, and adjusts setting in Stealth Seminar for webinars
- Setting up and sending out emails in Ontraport
- Communicate with Project Manager or CMO when a task needs outside resources (a web programmer / developer) to complete.
- Making sure all of our systems are integrated and communicating with one another
- Collecting and Tracking Data and Statistics Across our Different Platforms
- Collects stats and data for all marketing funnels and fills in the stat tracking reports on a daily basis.
- Paid ads stats (Facebook, youtube, google, etc.)
- Webinar funnel stats (from Stealth Seminar)
- Organic Traffic (from google analytics)
- Email List Optins (by source)
- Sales Calls Stats
- Live Event Stats (registration by segment and enrollments by segment)
- Setting Up and Sending Out Emails for Marketing Campaigns and Weekly Content Emails to Our Email List
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in Marketing is a MUST
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Takes Ownership: can take ownership of completing details and tasks within a project and seeing them through to completion
- Ability to learn how to operate within multiple applications and make sure the different systems are integrated with one another where appropriate
- Good Communication Skills
