Job Description
Job Scope:
- Will provide information technology hardware and software support to employees, clients, and visitors.
Duties:
- Assist users with network, login issues, computer configuration, and other support situations.
- Assist users with basic conference room and audio/visual technology questions.
- Provide basic software support of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and mobile operating systems.
- Perform maintenance of computers, printers, and other technology.
- Set up and deploy new technology equipment as directed.
- Research and test new software.
- Other duties as requested or assigned.
Job Requirements
- CompTIA A+ or other industry recognized computer certification(s) highly desired.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server including Active Directory.
- At least one year of experience installing and maintaining Microsoft Windows based computer hardware and software.
- Understanding of computer networks, cabling, and network file and print services.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills.
