About the Job

Job Scope:

  • Will provide information technology hardware and software support to employees, clients, and visitors.

Duties:

  • Assist users with network, login issues, computer configuration, and other support situations.
  • Assist users with basic conference room and audio/visual technology questions.
  • Provide basic software support of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and mobile operating systems.
  • Perform maintenance of computers, printers, and other technology.
  • Set up and deploy new technology equipment as directed.
  • Research and test new software.
  • Other duties as requested or assigned.
Job Requirements
  • CompTIA A+ or other industry recognized computer certification(s) highly desired.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server including Active Directory.
  • At least one year of experience installing and maintaining Microsoft Windows based computer hardware and software.
  • Understanding of computer networks, cabling, and network file and print services.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills.
