Job Description
- Manages the branch accounting functions, including invoicing, cash drawer procedures and balancing to manage the branch budget.
- Responsible for and oversee the day to day management, staffing, organization and smooth running of the Nursery.
- Organize and facilitate meetings with parents whenever needed to decrease the percentage of complaints.
- Ensure the branch is adequately insured and all safety procedures on and equipment are maintained
- To be responsible for admissions in line with the admissions policy agreed by the management team at Head Office.
- Maintains consistent reporting of branch's strengths, weaknesses and needs, as well as, offer proper solutions to problems
- Management, supervision and appraisal of the Educational & Operational supervisors and all staff.
- Playing a key role in planning and monitoring of the Nursery and implementing essential policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in teaching
- Excellent command in English Language
- Good user for Microsoft office
- Communication skills
- Time Management skills
- Leadership skills
- Problem Solving skills
