Job Description

  • Performance management; enable managers to use the full range of performance management tools to achieve high performance.
  • Develop organizational principles and designs for future needs.
  • Plan, direct and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization.
  • Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process.
  • Performance and (KPIs) for each function within the organization.
  • Manage the performance management system and the outstanding performance of all employees.
  • Supervising the process implementation of succession plans.
  • Develop the strategic and operational plan for the system of performance appraisal, training and career development.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to design strategy along with leadership skills.
  • At least 5 years of experience in all HR functions.
  • MBA Holder.
