Job Description
- Performance management; enable managers to use the full range of performance management tools to achieve high performance.
- Develop organizational principles and designs for future needs.
- Plan, direct and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization.
- Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process.
- Performance and (KPIs) for each function within the organization.
- Manage the performance management system and the outstanding performance of all employees.
- Supervising the process implementation of succession plans.
- Develop the strategic and operational plan for the system of performance appraisal, training and career development.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Ability to design strategy along with leadership skills.
- At least 5 years of experience in all HR functions.
- MBA Holder.
