Job Description
- Managing and troubleshooting different migrations to office 365.
- Installing, configuring and managing various operating systems/servers like Windows 2012/2016 (AD, DHCP, DNS, WINS, VPN and SUS), Right Fax Server, Enterprise Server, Microsoft Exchange Server 2016, Anti-Virus Server, Consolidate Servers by Virtualization and providing required technical support for overall maintenance.
- Designing, implementing and maintaining initial setup, software installation, testing of software and hardware systems as per technical needs of all departments.
- Recommending infrastructure (hardware/software) requirements in addition to up gradations, to ensure acceptable levels of security, disaster management and data recovery plans.
- Maintaining systems concepts through all phases of design, implementation and integration efforts, performing verification, validation and troubleshooting activities.
- Conducting daily operations for spearheading server systems, assisting in creating operational procedures and documentation of systems and software for maintaining permanent records to accomplish greater operational effectiveness/efficiency.
- Performing regular system checks and preventive maintenance to ensure optimum system performance. Monitoring day-end system performance reports for anomalies and implementing immediate remedial measures.
- Preparing system for back-ups of operating system and data, preserving backup and disaster management whilst troubleshooting and applications debugging.
- Keeping abreast of latest technological advancements, monitoring software use licenses, providing secure access to remote system users and supporting users regarding system usage.

- Microsoft Exchange Server 2016
- Exchange Online with Office 365.
- Exchange Online Protection.
- Hybrid Exchange Deployment: Configuration and Administration
- Exchange Integration with Skype for business and SharePoint 2013
- Windows Server (2012 - 2016)
- Outlook 2007-2013-2016
- Analyse problems and develop solutions.
- Language: Excellent English
