Job Description
- Develop The Tactical Plan in cooperation with his direct Manager and set necessary action plans across the different function of all wholesale warehouses and distribution centers across the Governorates Maintain Developing the appropriate organizational structure in coordination with the human resources to cover capacity and new expansion increase
- Develop and Assure Implementation of Good inbound logistics of all suppliers goods and with high awareness of applying good storage practice
- Apply Pharmaceutical Handling and warehousing conditions based on Quality Assurance specifications regarding such
- Recommend and Monitor Key Performance indicators for the wholesales Warehouses and distribution centers
- Manage Distribution to fulfill retail outlets needs with the needed efficiency and effectiveness
- Follow up the Dashboard for Day to day operations from receiving the supplying incoming orders , incoming inspection, stock controlling ,batch controlling, map placement and picking and order preparations for dispatch to the branches and distribution Route Planning
- Monitor Implementation of Health and Safety Instructions and procedures and apply quality standards
- Monitor physical and system based inventory records and monitor deviations and take necessary corrective actions
- Cooperation with all supportive functions in the people, facilities and expansion management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree preferably in Pharmacy, or any relevant degree
- At least 10 Years in Pharmaceutical or big FMCG distribution companies with Hyper storage and distribution operations and management of distribution centers and hubs
- Special Studies in Logistics Management and Hands-on experience in mass warehouses operations
- Dynamic with high ability to move to monitor visits across different distribution centers
- Leadership Ability to cover a roll-up span of control of 700 employees
- Innovative and has the ability to transform and invest in new ideas and techniques that enhances operations
- High Awareness of ISO, GDP,GSP..etc.
- SAP Awareness is needed
