Job Description
- Study bids and tenders.
- Receive drawings, Project Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Specs from the consultants in order to make sure if there are any amendments needed in the upcoming project.
- Limit the quantities.
- Finalize the model of the project in order to be delivered to the structural department.
- Preparing sub-contractor invoices weekly as per Quantity survey by site Engineers.
- Evaluate technical and financial offers.
- Analyze price proposals.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers.
- Communicate with the production team to discuss these technical details and get the furniture cost.
- Prepare clients technical and price offers.
- Prioritize and manage several open projects at one time.
- Prepare, submit and follow up the shop drawings, QS and as built drawings.
- Prepare and follow up the Variation Orders.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture.
- Proven experience as construction and finishing will be an advantage.
- Very Good knowledge of MS Office (Microsoft Excel) / AUTOCAD.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Good budgeting experience.
