Job Description
- Independently perform day-to-day document control activities.
- Copy, scan, and store documents in accordance with established procedures.
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
- Log document requests and assist employees in retrieving documents as needed.
- Ensure controlled copies of the latest approved documents and drawings are provided to relevant staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings, including their distribution details.
- File documents in both physical and digital records, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role with a minimum of 5 years.
- Familiarity with project management principles and processes.
- Proficient use of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
