Provide dynamic and creative leadership through guiding and training the Resale team.
Provides direct coaching and training to the Resale agents.
Support Resale agents to achieve their targets.
Supports all Resale agents in meetings and monitors their handling to clients.
Meet clients and solve their problems with the Resale team when needed.
Conduct weekly meetings with the Resale team and follow up with them on their achievements and provide a report to the management.
Performs quarterly evaluations (KPIs) with his team and reports to the sales manager.
Ensure a smooth and dynamic workflow.

Experience Resale Brokerage filed is MUST
Experience in the following areas (New Cairo - New Capital - North Coast & Sokhna)
Related Bachelor Degree
5-7 years of experience
Excellent communication and leadership skill
Excellent knowledge of Real Estate consultation
Very Good Negotiation Skills
Excellent presentation skills.
Organizational and time-management skills.
Decision-making skills.
Certificate in Management or training in team leading is a plus
New Cairo residence or nearby is preferable
