Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Answer calls and respond to emails 
  • Grapping leads out of the different sources and add it to the CRM assigned to sales team.
  • Handle customer inquiries telephonic ally 
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Initiate Customer Complain request on the system 
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Register new leads information into system
  • Update existing customer information 
  • Process orders, forms and applications
  • Identify and escalate priority issues once received and registered on the system 
  • Route calls to appropriate resource
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Complete call logs
  • Produce call reports
  • Conduct outbound calls where necessary
  • Handle different assigned tasks from superior 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
  • Active Learning
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure
  • Good English
