Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Answer calls and respond to emails
- Grapping leads out of the different sources and add it to the CRM assigned to sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries telephonic ally
- Research required information using available resources
- Initiate Customer Complain request on the system
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Register new leads information into system
- Update existing customer information
- Process orders, forms and applications
- Identify and escalate priority issues once received and registered on the system
- Route calls to appropriate resource
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Complete call logs
- Produce call reports
- Conduct outbound calls where necessary
- Handle different assigned tasks from superior
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
- Active Learning
- Good communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Professional appearance
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure
