Influencer/Talent Manager - Job DescriptionStart date: ImmediateSalary: AED 14,000 + bonus Company Overview: Brand Ripplr is a forward-thinking agency specializing in digital marketing, content strategy, and talent management. We are on the lookout for a proactive Influencer/Talent Manager to join our vibrant team. This role will be instrumental in forging strong relationships with influencers and talents, ensuring their success both on and off the screen.Position Overview: The Influencer/Talent Manager will not only identify and foster relationships with influencers across various platforms but also provide hands-on support during campaigns, shoots, and other related activities. They are crucial in orchestrating successful influencer campaigns and ensuring the well-being and success of our talents.Key Responsibilities:Influencer Identification & Outreach:Research and identify potential influencers and talents across platforms.Engage with influencers for potential collaborations.Relationship Management:Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with influencers and their teams.Be the primary liaison between the influencer/talent and Brand Ripplr.Campaign & Shoot Management:Collaborate in crafting influencer strategies that align with client objectives.Accompany and support influencers/talents during shoots, ensuring they have what they need and acting as a bridge between the production team and talent.Coordinate content creation, posting schedules, and deliverables.Negotiations & Contracts:Lead contract discussions, ensuring win-win situations.Ensure all involved parties adhere to their contractual responsibilities.Budget Management:Allocate and oversee budgets for influencer partnerships and campaigns.Ensure campaigns deliver value for money.Stay Updated:Keep abreast of industry trends to remain ahead in the influencer and talent landscape.Attend relevant industry events and workshops for networking and knowledge enhancement.Team Collaboration:Collaborate intensively with internal teams (marketing, production, creative) to guarantee campaign effectiveness.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar.2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related discipline.Profound understanding of digital, social media, and the talent industry.Stellar communication, negotiation, and interpersonal prowess.Capability to manage several campaigns and shoots concurrently.Familiarity with analytics tools pertinent to tracking campaign outcomes.Personal Attributes:Deep-seated passion for the influencer, talent, and media industries.Innovative vision with the knack to identify emerging trends.Detailed and organized in approach.Team-oriented with an autonomous working style.If this sounds like you click on this link to apply https://forms.gle/L791xm6jdEZoscrs9 Potential candidates are invited to apply with their resume, cover letter, and a brief showcase or portfolio indicating their experience in influencer/talent campaigns and management.
