Job Description
- Lead the Planning and Scheduling process for the preventative maintenance program, the predictive maintenance program, and the planned work orders.
- Lead the reliability improvement program with predictive maintenance activities and PM optimization.
- Manage the store room activities that includes inventory levels, ordering new parts, setting up new parts, and optimizing inventory levels.
- The position should be able to communication well and be a strong team player. This role will communicate with all different levels of employees from the Plant manager to an operator.
- Will utilize E Maintenance (CMMS) system to plan work orders, review work orders to understand downtime issues, work with (automated downtime database) to understand downtime issues and manage a group scorecard that will be updated each month.
- Responsible for reviewing and maintain all incoming work request to ensure timely planning and completion.
- Maintain awareness and proactively manage all factors contributing to KPI's
- Prepare reports, analyze data and make recommendations for improving operations and solving maintenance-related problems.
- Initiate and manage the Maintenance program based on best practices.
- Maximize uptime and reliability through using planned maintenance where it is more effective than alternatives.
- Rigorously apply safety standards, ensure all team members actively adhere to safety standards and identify any potential risks in their area.
- Ensure all work orders are inputted into E Maintenance for equipment is always to date and accurate.
- Work with machine builders and parts room on all repair parts and order parts when needed
- Must assist with skills improvement for all mechanic levels.

- Studies: Technical University degree;
- 4 – 6 years minimum experience in a technical position
