Job Description
- Assist the lead teacher in preparing and organizing classroom materials and resources.
- Support individual students or small groups in learning activities, assignments, or special needs.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment.
- Monitor student behavior and support classroom discipline strategies.
- Supervise students during non-classroom times (e.g., recess, lunch, trips).
- Provide feedback to teachers on student progress or challenges.
- Help with grading, attendance, and administrative tasks when needed.
- Communicate professionally with students, parents, and staff.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma (preferably in Education or related field)
- Previous experience in a classroom or educational setting is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and ability to work with children
- Team player and flexible
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, digital platforms)
