Job Description
- Source potential candidates through channels (online& offline).
- Collaborate with branch managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person. interviews.
- Conduct screening, assessments, and interviews to ensure the selection of high-quality candidates.
- Travel and relocate between governorates within the Bahary region as required to oversee hiring activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience from 1-3 years in recruitment, preferably in the microfinance, especially for blue-collar roles.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in preparing and presenting reports.
- Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Bahary region.
