Job Description
- Handle the processing of all Controls orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
- Generates inquiries, tracks opportunities and assist sales staff with closing deals.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
- Serves as a technical resource on projects which may include scoping, design, estimation, and proposal generation through the entire project execution lifecycle of design.
- Studies and interprets engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Generates and evaluates IO summaries, DDC/PLC, integration units, energy meters and sensor selections etc.
- Optimizes designs, develop cost estimates, and prepare bids & submittals.
- Preparing technical & commercial offers.
- Preparing technical submittals.
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Communication or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 0-4 Years of experience working as Pre-sales BMS/Light Current Engineer in a reputable company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external clients.
- Excellent command of English Language.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook).
- Knowledge in the use of AutoCAD.
- Must have a good understanding of HVAC Systems.
- Knowledge and Experience with Lighting Control Systems (LCS), Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS), Energy Management Systems is a plus.
- Strong communication, customer service and team-working skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
