- The ability to manage multiple teams, multiple disciplines and consultancy firms
- The ability to define, review and coordinate project scopes
- Review, coordinate project Design contracts for Consultancy services.
- Knowledge of local building codes, Regulations
- Review and approve the design documents produced by the team of consultants assigned on the project.
- Review and approve the alternative design solutions and value engineering proposals to Support the tender department manager during project tendering and value engineering phase.
- Ensure adherence to department policies and procedures through continuous review with the technical team.
- Coordinate with the section heads, Engineers and with local or international consultants to set an effective work procedure and work priorities and Suitable Resources Allocation.
- Coordinate all the technical matters between engineering, technical office, procurement, and subcontractors in order to solve any potential problems in conjunction with project manager.
- Attend Progress Meetings, discuss and suggest Technical Proposals.
- Support Planning and Cost Control Department in monitoring Monthly Progress of the project(s).
- Support Contract Administrators in preparing any Technical scopes.
