Job Description
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Job Requirements
- 2 yrs of experience
- Fluent English is a must
- GDS experience of at least 6 months.
- Flexibility with Rotational working hours and overnight shift
- Critical Thinking and problem-solving skills.
