Job Description
- Study the production plan and prepare the requirements related to it .
- Apply and follow up with the production plan to achieve the required productivity.
- Devise plans and actions to achieve quality targets.
- Follow-up with the quality result & the audit target to improve the quality level of the vehicles.
- Follow-up with all department administration issues.
- Responsible for managing and motivating the technicians.
- Evaluate the technicians in their annual appraisal.
- Update the training matrix for the workers according the plan .
- Communicate all the service departments to solve any production line problem .
- Follow-up with the line stoppage and take the suitable action for preventing stoppage .
- Follow-up with the line reject parts with the logistic department.
- Solve any accidental or frequent production problem and any bottleneck.
- Participate in the teams of QMS and the international standards related to
- Integrated Management System (ISO/TS16949:2002, ISO14001:2004, ISO 18001:1999, and BAMC procedures and regulations).
- Responsible for training line supervisors and technicians for all job related issues.
Job Requirements
- Bsc. of Mechanical Engineering
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Very good user of MS office applications
- Automotive technical skills are preferable
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership skills, strong managerial skills and quality oriented
- Excellent command of English
