Job Description
- Do all financial work related of cost calculations , analysis , as well inventory and purchases control .
- Analysis all types of costs to gain access to a lower cost of production.
- Monitoring the inventory for each receipt and exchange operations, production, and make sure its loaded on their own projects.
- Controlling on purchases and prices from period to period for ensure their suitability for competitive prices for all suppliers.
- Obligation to implement the internally Financial Regulations as well as administrative regulations, procedures and accounting standard .
- The Cost Controller reports to the Project Administration Director and is the custodian of the project budget, checking expenditure versus this budget .
- Reporting variances on a monthly basis to the corporate Finance Manager in Cairo as well as the Project Admin Director. This involves working well, and often under pressure, with other team members especially Personnel and the Facilities Management team to gauge their costs and compare these against budget and invoicing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or relevant discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in an operational environment such as a construction site.
- Must be fluent in the use of Excel .
- Good English Language
- High level of organization skills.
- The project is for 2 years in Aswan City .
- Housing on site, meals, laundry and Transportation .
