Job Description
- Monitor License renewal system expiry dates report for license renewal action
- Review and analyze expiry date reports with service control manager and concerned department for renewal duration
- Deliver renewable license to customers enough time before expiry date
- Update license renewal system by updated expiry date
- Keep update contract administration with new received license from sales department or any changes for existing customer license done through sales or any other department
- Keep monitoring vendor web sites to assure customers up-to-date modules version
- Coordinates with contract administration and other members of the service control team
- Manager, to deliver best-in-class customer service while deliver renewal license for each client.
Job Requirements
- Education: University Degree.
- Experience with the Account Receivable administration function
- Experience with the Contract administration function
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Experience: 0- 2 years
