Job Description
The formulation specialist will be responsible for designing, developing and optimizing pharmaceutical formulations for various products.
- Design, develop and test new product formulations to meet customer requirements and market trends.
- Optimize existing product formulations to improve performance, stability and cost effectiveness.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks.
- Evaluate and select raw materials, ingredients and suppliers to ensure quality and compliance.
- Ensure formulation development activities including reports, protocols and SOPs complying with regulatory requirements, industry standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D analytical team, production and regulatory affairs to ensure successful product launch.
- To solve troubleshooting problems when occurred in the minimized time.
- Revision of the sent COAs of APIs and excipients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or Science.
- 2-5 years of experience in similar positions in reputable pharmaceutical companies in all formulation activities.
- Good knowledge of formulation principles, raw materials and regulatory requirements.
- Professional in all pharmaceutical dosage forms design, scale-up, and troubleshooting.
- The rules and guidance of GMP.
- Excellent knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation techniques.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and result-oriented.
- Good Communication skills for effective liaison and teamwork.
- Good command of English.
- Professional using Microsoft Office.
