About the Job

Main Duties:

  • Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve
  • Conducting weekly sales meeting
  • Coordinating with marketing team; prepare market review report on RE trend
  • Coordinate with marketing team for the implementation of new marketing initiatives and oversee advertising placement
  • Increase numbers of listed properties in volume and quality by developing new business relationship with developers, owners and RE agencies.
  • Prepare forms and agreements related to new sales and leasing
  • Resolve disputes among sales agents.
  • Prepare, manage and improve sales commission structure to be in line with market trend and best industry practice.
  • Supports all property sales/leasing by overseeing due diligence process
  • Perform team appraisal, and recommend training whenever necessary
  • Assist sales agent in closing deals whenever necessary
