Job Description
- Purchase, design and support for IP Network and Collaboration Systems for Benya corporate offices.
- IP Network Design and configuration (wired, wireless)
- HLD, LLD, configuration and dimensioning for routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi controllers and access points
- L1/2 for Network and IP Telephony Support
- Call Manager administration, troubleshooting and support
- Collaboration, video conferencing and IP Telephony design
- IP Network hardware strategy and sizing
- Network and IP Telephony Software and firmware upgrades
- Responsibility of IP Video conferencing systems
- Keep track of network inventory, spares, licenses and support renewals
- Network and firewalls capacity and performance management
- Open tickets to the supplier track them till resolution, within agreed SLA
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including network and collaboration systems configuration
- Ensure all tickets resolution are properly logged
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
- Experience 6-8 Years
- Proven work experience as a Network and/or Collaboration Engineer
- CCNP certification level or equivalent
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, or similar technologies is a plus
