Main Job Duties:
- Initiate calls According to the assigned database contacts to follow up with existing customers and prospects ones to attempt to sell our products and services.
- Answer customers’ queries about the features and benefits of our products, and products quality.
- Handle customers’ complains, objections, and show full support according to our policies, and regulations.
- They may also contact customers after a sale to check that they are satisfied with their purchase.
- Ensure database integrity: continuously update customer details, efficiently use follow-ups.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree is a must.
- Males or females from 21 to 28 Years.
- Good command of English language & Computer Skills.
- Strong listening, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work with high pressure.
- Previous experience in a relative field (Sales, Retail, Telesales..etc) is preferable.
