Public Relations Specialist - Heliopolis University

• We are looking for a competent Public Relations (PR) Specialist to shape and protect our corporate image in ways that promote our business, values and mission.
• You’ll be responsible for maintaining media relations and collaborating with marketing teams in promotional activities.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources. 
2. Developing, designing and creating new ideas and relationships, including artistic contributions.
3. Establishing long-range public relation objectives and specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them.
4. Organize and manage public relations activities, projects and other media communication.
5. Dealing with inquiries from the public, press-release & public agenda and analyzing media coverage.
6. Organizing and attending events such as tours, visits and any external events & conferences.
7. Implementing PR strategic plan and campaigns including budget and PR calendar
8. Writing and producing press release for publicity and promotional purpose.
9. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, Media, government and influencers.
10. Update and maintain content posted on the HU & space of Culture Websites.
11. Co-organize &  Implement HU events ( Fairs, TedX Talk,  school visits , Guest speaker, competition) 
12. Submitting monthly reports of HU Public relation activities including expenses and recommendations.
