About the Job
  • Oversea, administer and ensure the reception area is maintained in a professional manner .
  • Act as a switchboard on behalf of the company.
  • Ensure that clients/ guests are being received and guided professionally .
  • Maintain inventory for office supplies/ stationers ( letter head, envelops, etc ..) and pantry supplies and ensure the stock is maintained according.
  • Receiving and distribution of mail, coordinating with courier companies

Job Requirements
  • 2-3 Years of experiences.
  • Details oriented, well-organized, proactive and able to work independently
  • Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skill with high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • Mature, credible and strong interpersonal skills to have contact with different levels of the company
  • Excellent PC skills ( word, power point, excel and outlook)
  • Team work spirit and analytical capabilities
