Job Description
- Determine the quantity, quality, and price of all items needed for the running projects.
- Prepare purchase orders, subcontracts, and agreements for projects' material and equipment.
- Monitor returns, damage replacements, and warranty.
- Negotiate with suppliers, vendors, specification comparison, and quality.
- Ensure all decisions are made in line with the purchasing policies and procedures.
- Check plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
- Review material submittal prior to submission to the consultant.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical power Engineering from a reputable discipline is a must.
- PMP certified Management Diploma (e.g. PRMG) Certificate from a reputable entity is preferred.
- 4+ years of proven experience in MEP projects with reputable companies.
