There is no set entry route to become a telesales in Cubex. Your attitude, sales skills and experience are likely to be more important than qualifications. We may prefer you to have a degree or equivalent qualifications for some specialist sales roles, such as technical sales.
Your key tasks as a telesales include:
- Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads.
- Recognise and manage assertive customer calls
- Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors
- Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on our customers' database
- Work closely with other team members to achieve sales objectives.
Job Requirements
To be a telesales in Cubex, you should have:
- Excellent typing skills
- Moderate computer skills, PC & Internet
- Excellent customer service skills
- Persuasive and highly motivated to make sales.
